Welcome Allegiant Flying Partners

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA has created this website for our exclusive use. This is our campaign organizing website - dedicated to our goal of joining 55,000 professional flight attendants (at 20 member airlines). We hope to achieve a strong, professional voice at Allegiant Air by joining AFA and securing a legal contract. Today, we ask you to begin that journey with us.

Please share this website with our flying partners. Click HERE to download and print out cards that we can distribute to other Allegiant Air flight attendants. In order to file for an election with the National Mediation Board (NMB) and successfully win our campaign, we will need more than 50% of Allegiant flight attendants to send in an AFA card.

OUR MISSION, OUR GOAL, OUR COMMITTMENT

We, the Flight Attendants of Allegiant Air are joining together to have one unified voice in our workplace by joining the Association of Flight Attendants.

As Professional Flight Attendants, it is important that we are included in the decision making process that directly affects our working environment, while ensuring all Flight Attendants are treated equally and with honor. With AFA representation, we will negotiate a legally binding contract that addresses issues specific to Allegiant Air Flight Attendants and our unique workplace structure.

We pledge our continued commitment to our co-workers and our customers as we create a workplace that highlights our main values: Safety, Service and Innovation. By working together and joining the Association of Flight Attendants, we ensure our legal voice is heard as we actively participate in our company’s continued growth and success.
